PEEPREEL CLIENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Overview
PeepReel Pty Ltd (“PeepReel”) provides curated short-form social content creation services through a selected network of independent content creators.
By booking a package, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
PeepReel provides:
• On-site content capture
• Editing of short-form vertical videos
• Delivery within the timeframe outlined in the selected package
Specific inclusions are defined in the package booked.
3. Booking & Payment
• Full payment is required to confirm booking.
• Bookings are not secured until payment is received.
• Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
PeepReel reserves the right to decline bookings at its discretion.
4. Creative Brief Responsibility
After booking, clients must submit a structured content brief.
Failure to provide a clear brief may result in:
• Delays
• Generic content capture
• Limited revisions
PeepReel is not responsible for unclear expectations not included in the submitted brief.
5. Revisions
Each package includes:
• One minor revision round (e.g. trimming, caption changes)
Major changes (e.g. reshooting, different angle direction, new creative concept) are not included and may incur additional fees.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Client cancellation:
• 72+ hours before shoot → free reschedule
• 48–72 hours → 50% fee
• Less than 48 hours → non-refundable
No-shows are non-refundable.
PeepReel may reschedule in case of:
• Creator illness
• Force majeure
• Venue access restrictions
7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Upon full payment:
• Client receives full usage rights to delivered content for digital marketing purposes.
• PeepReel retains the right to use content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
Raw footage ownership remains with PeepReel unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Creator Assignment
PeepReel selects the creator assigned to the booking.
Clients may not:
• Directly contract the assigned creator outside PeepReel
• Circumvent PeepReel for future bookings
Doing so may result in legal action.
9. On-Site Responsibilities
Client must:
• Ensure venue access
• Provide safe working conditions
• Inform staff of content capture
• Secure any required talent permissions
PeepReel is not responsible for third-party consent failures.
10. Liability
PeepReel’s liability is limited to the value of the booked package.
PeepReel is not liable for:
• Indirect business losses
• Platform algorithm performance
• Sales outcomes
Content performance is not guaranteed.
11. Content Performance Disclaimer
PeepReel does not guarantee:
• Engagement levels
• Reach
• Sales conversions
Social media performance depends on platform algorithms and client marketing strategy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
13. Non-Circumvention & Network Protection
The Client acknowledges that PeepReel invests significant resources in sourcing, vetting, and managing its creator network.
Accordingly, the Client agrees that for a period of twelve (12) months following any introduction or booking, the Client will not directly or indirectly solicit, contract, engage, or otherwise retain any PeepReel creator outside of PeepReel’s platform without prior written consent.
If the Client engages a PeepReel creator in breach of this clause, the Client agrees to pay PeepReel a service fee equal to 30% of the total value of any such engagement, or the equivalent of the highest PeepReel package tier, whichever is greater.
14. Payment Terms
All bookings require full payment at the time of confirmation.
PeepReel operates on a 100% upfront payment model. A booking is not secured until payment has been successfully processed.
No shoot will be scheduled or creator assigned until full payment is received.
Payments are non-refundable except as expressly outlined in the Cancellation & Rescheduling section.
The Client is responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and valid payment details at the time of booking.
PeepReel reserves the right to cancel or decline any booking where payment has not been successfully processed.
15. Privacy
Your use of PeepReel services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
By booking a service or using our platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
