CREATOR TERMS & CONDITIONS

PeepReel Creator Agreement

1. Independent Contractor Status

Creators operate as independent contractors.
Nothing in this agreement constitutes employment, partnership or agency.

2. Selection & Assignment

PeepReel retains sole discretion to:
• Approve creators
• Assign projects
• Decline assignments

There is no guarantee of booking volume.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment per shoot is pre-defined
• Payment made within X days of content approval
• Creator responsible for own tax obligations
• Invoice required (if applicable)

4. Content Standards

Creator agrees to:

• Follow structured brief
• Deliver content within 48 hours
• Maintain professional conduct on-site
• Comply with brand and venue guidelines

Failure to meet standards may result in removal.

5. Intellectual Property

Important.

Option A (Recommended for premium control):

All content created under PeepReel bookings becomes property of:

Client for usage
PeepReel retains right to use for portfolio and marketing

Creator grants PeepReel and client a perpetual, royalty-free license.

6. Confidentiality

Creators must not:

• Share private venue details
• Share unapproved content
• Discuss pricing publicly

7. Cancellations

Define:

• Creator cancellation notice requirements
• Emergency replacements
• No-show consequences

8. Liability

Creators responsible for:

• Their equipment
• Their conduct
• On-site damages caused by negligence

9. Termination

PeepReel may remove creators at any time for:

• Repeated late delivery
• Quality inconsistency
• Unprofessional behaviour

10. Dispute Resolution

Specify governing law:
New South Wales, Australia.

11. Non-Circumvention

The Creator acknowledges that PeepReel invests significant time and resources in acquiring clients, structuring bookings, managing briefs, and facilitating introductions.

Accordingly, the Creator agrees that for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of any introduction, booking, or assignment facilitated by PeepReel, the Creator will not directly or indirectly:

• Solicit or accept work from any Client introduced through PeepReel outside of the PeepReel platform
• Enter into any agreement, contract, or arrangement with such Client without PeepReel’s prior written consent
• Provide services to such Client that are similar in nature to those offered through PeepReel

All communications, negotiations, and future bookings with Clients introduced by PeepReel must be conducted exclusively through PeepReel.

Any attempt to bypass, avoid, or circumvent PeepReel shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

In the event of a breach, the Creator agrees that PeepReel may recover:

• A commission equal to 30% of the total value of the engagement conducted outside the platform, or
• A fee equivalent to the highest PeepReel package tier, whichever is greater,

in addition to any other remedies available under applicable law.
